FGCCC OUTLOOK 2010
LEADING THE NEXT 30 YEARS
DOHA. APRIL 6-8, 2010
It is 30 years since the founding of the Federation of Gulf Cooperation Council
Chambers (FGCCC) and the purpose of the forum is...
To celebrate: FGCCC achievements over that period of time
To recognize: contributors to the success To conference: share wisdom and to promote GCC business growth
To network: facilitation and collaboration for growth planning It will be held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani,
Emir of the State of Qatar who will attend and host the Gala Dinner on the opening night of the forum. Delegate attendance at the Gala Dinner is included
in the ticket price.
The forum is being organized by the FGCCC, the regional arm of the global body that supports and promotes the business development role of the private sector in a nation’s commercial and economic progress. This event represents both a landmark and watershed in the FGCCC mission to serve the vision of the GCC. If the first 30 years were described as achieving efficiency in its internal mechanisms, the next 30 years ambition will be for a more outward-facing GCC, capitalizing on those foundations with increased global interaction both economically and politically.
Here lies the centre of gravity of the forum...to promote an increase in global business development to enhance the competitiveness and potential for GCC private sector companies.
